As I was reading through my feeds this morning, I noticed that in addition to Jason’s post on VCs and Non-Disclosure Agreements, Rick Segal also had a long and thoughtful post titled Shhhh – The Promise Not To Tell about how an entrepreneur should think about NDA’s.  These are both additive to my post Why Most VC’s Don’t Sign NDAs that I wrote last year.  I was once an investor in a company called Net Daemon Associations – now that’s an NDA that was worth something.
